I’ve been making nem chua for more than 10 years, both for family and friends and for catering orders. Over the years, I’ve continued refining my recipe while keeping the traditional Vietnamese flavor that people know and love. Nem chua is my specialty, and I make each batch with the same care and attention I would for my own family.
