Cook Success Manager (Program Director)
Build the cook community that makes a local marketplace possible. Help talented home cooks go from application to first orders, then build the playbook for the next market.
Homio is building a marketplace where California home cooks can turn their food into a business and customers can discover great meals close to home. Our ambition is to make home cooking a lasting part of the local food economy, starting with the people, trust, and everyday details that make a marketplace work.
You'll own the journey from discovering a promising cook to helping them run a business on Homio. That means time in kitchens, practical support through California's MEHKO home-kitchen permit process, and close attention to what helps a cook earn customer trust. You'll work with the founder and Founding GTM to turn local relationships into a marketplace that people come back to.
