How reviews work on Homio

Clean home kitchen

Homio sends a review link after a paid order is marked complete. The link is tied to that order, so the review flow is available to the customer who received it.

Customers can leave an overall rating and comment for the cook. They can also rate individual dishes from the order and add dish-specific comments.

A customer email can review a cook once and each dish once. This prevents repeat orders from creating duplicate ratings for the same cook or dish.

Cook profiles show overall reviews, while menu cards can show aggregate dish ratings when enough rating data exists.

New cooks and unrated dishes are presented without a fabricated score, so customers can distinguish missing history from a negative rating.
