Home cooks often prepare in smaller batches and on specific days. Read the availability shown on each dish before adding it to your order, especially when your cart includes more than one item from the same cook.
At checkout, provide a current email and phone number. Homio sends the confirmation and tracking link by email, while the phone number gives the cook a way to reach you about the order day.
If you request a time, treat it as a request until the cook confirms the details. The order tracker shows status changes and includes a message thread for paid orders.
Arrive at the agreed time and follow the pickup instructions shared by the cook. Prompt pickup helps keep hot food hot and cold food cold.
If plans change, message the cook through the tracker as early as possible so both sides have the same information.
